By using the App you accept these Terms of service. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
Starting from a photo and a spoken or written description, Solverings provides indicative diagnoses, do-it-yourself repair suggestions, spare part and tool recommendations and maintenance plans, as well as a chat with an AI expert assistant.
The App's indications are provided for information and support purposes and DO NOT replace the assessment, intervention or certification of a qualified or licensed technician. Being generated by artificial intelligence, they may contain inaccuracies.
For work involving electrical systems, gas, pressurised water, combustion appliances, vehicles, working at height or any situation potentially dangerous to people or property, always consult a licensed professional. Stop any operation immediately if there is a risk. You act under your sole responsibility and you are required to ensure that you operate safely and in compliance with local regulations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for direct or indirect damage, to people or property, arising from the use of the information provided by the App, including any inaccuracies in the AI diagnosis. The App is provided "as is". Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law (e.g. wilful misconduct or gross negligence, personal injury, mandatory consumer rights).
To use the App you must sign in with your store account (Google / Apple). You are responsible for the proper use of your account. Data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
You undertake not to use the App for unlawful or dangerous purposes, not to film third parties' data without authority, and not to attempt to circumvent the technical or security limits of the service. Requests that the AI deems abusive or unlawful may be refused and logged; in the event of violations the account may be suspended or closed and, where required by law, reported to the authorities.
The App, the "Solverings" trade mark, the texts, the graphics and the software remain the property of the Provider or its respective licensors. The content you receive is licensed for personal, non-commercial use.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after the changes are published constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the mandatory jurisdiction of the place of residence or domicile applies; in all other cases the courts of the Provider's place of business have jurisdiction.
This information is provided pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (the "Consumer Code") and concerns the Solverings Pro subscription purchased by consumers.
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. As this is a digital service supplied immediately, by requesting and starting to use the Pro subscription right after purchase you consent to performance beginning during the withdrawal period; consequently, once the service has been fully supplied the right of withdrawal may lapse or, if you withdraw during performance, you may be charged an amount proportionate to the service already provided.
Since the purchase is completed through the store, cancellation and refund requests are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store, according to their respective policies. You may nevertheless contact us at amministrazione@solverings.com for assistance.
For any dispute, consumers may turn to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies provided for by the Consumer Code (e.g. accredited mediation/conciliation bodies). The right to bring proceedings before the competent court remains unaffected. (Note: the European ODR platform was discontinued in July 2025.)
As an Amazon Associate, the Provider earns from qualifying purchases made through the links in the App, at no additional cost to you. Product suggestions are indicative and the purchasing decision is always yours. Purchases on Amazon are governed by Amazon's terms and privacy policy.
