Account and data deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Two methods are available: directly from the app, or by sending a request by email.

Method 1 — From the app (immediate)

Open the Solverings app.
Go to Support ("Assistenza").
Tap Delete account and data.
Confirm in the dialog.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Method 2 — By email

If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, write to amministrazione@solverings.com with the subject "Solverings data deletion", stating the email address of the account to be deleted. We will action the request within one month, as required by Art. 12 GDPR.

Which data is deleted

Which data is retained, and why

Record of promotional codes already redeemed (a technical entry linking the email address to the code used): this is retained even after the account is deleted, for the sole purpose of preventing the same code from being reused by creating new accounts. Legal basis: legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may nevertheless request its erasure by writing to us, unless doing so would defeat that purpose.
Subscription and transaction data: we do not hold this. It is managed and retained by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their respective policies and for statutory tax and accounting obligations. For this data you must contact the store.

Before deleting your account: if you have an active Solverings Pro subscription, deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Cancellation must be done separately from your Google Play or App Store account settings, otherwise automatic renewal continues.
